QUESTION: IS IT POSSIBLE FOR YOUR PRODUCTS TO HANG ON A SLOPED CEILING?
  • Answer: Most of our products can be hung on the sloped ceiling, please see some of the display pictures below, which are actual pictures taken by other customers after installation.
QUESTION: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS THE SAME AS THE FAMOUS BRANDS?
  • Answer: We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lights. We just use the same materials, colors, sizes and production process.
QUESTION: WHY ARE YOUR PRICES CHEAP?
  • Answer: Before Covid 19 we have many offline stores, but in 2020 we are focus on online sales. All our costs have been reduced. Our products come from our own factories.
  • Therefore, we keep our prices reasonable while giving our customers the highest standard of product quality.
QUESTION: WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS A PROBLEM DURING THE INSTALLATION?
  • Answer: We recommend checking if the parts of the lighting are complete before the installation.
  • Our lighting fixtures are very easy to install and it's not difficult for electricians to install.
  • If there are some unsolvable problems during the installation, you can contact customer service support for help. Note that violent operation is prohibited. Unless there is a very good solution.
QUESTION: CAN I GET A FULL REFUND BECAUSE OF QUALITY ISSUES?
  • Answer: We support full refunds due to quality issues. (Pictures or videos are required as evidence)
